Our February Box
We love February because it allows us to emphasize one of the most important parts of our bodies: our hearts. One of the best ways to take care of your heart is to get a balance of healthy fats. Your body needs fats because fats aid brain health and they provide the greatest amount of satisfaction in your meals. When choosing sources of fats, you should steer away from trans fats found in highly-processed shelf stable food and instead ensure you are getting more unsaturated fats from wholesome foods such as nuts, flax seeds, and plant-based oils.
