What is NatureBox? How does it work? How Does NatureBox Work? Click here to sign up and begin enjoying the benefits of NatureBox! Of course if you have any questions, please email or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you through the process. When you sign up for NatureBox, your credit card will be charged at the time of your subscription purchase then again on the 1st of each month following the month you receive your first NatureBox. If you sign up for NatureBox prior to the 5th day of the month, you will receive your first NatureBox that same month. If you subscribe after the 5th day of the month, you will receive your first NatureBox the following month. NatureBoxes are shipped by the 15th of each month and you can expect your NatureBox to arrive 5-10 business days after it is shipped. For customers on the East Coast, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your NatureBox. Of course, if you have any questions about your account, please don't hesitate to contact us. Currently, we do not offer customization for different allergies. NatureBox foods may contain and be processed in a facility that handles wheat, milk, eggs,soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and seeds. We are working hard so we can offer allergy preferences to our customers this year, so please check back often or send us an email to be put on a list at support@naturebox.com. If you have any specific questions regarding our boxes, please feel free to email or call us. For every NatureBox sent out, together we’re helping to feed the hungry. NatureBox donates one meal for every box to help feed the over 14 million children in America who go hungry every year through our partnership with Feeding America. We believe in doing good and eating well. No, at NatureBox you never pay for shipping! Each month, you can expect to receive 4-6 high quality hand-picked snacks. Our products are not sample size; you’ll get multiple servings of each snack so your whole family can eat and enjoy, for a total of 15-20 servings per month. Please see About Our Foods for examples of our past products. Each NatureBox delivers 12-15 servings of healthy snack foods across 4-5 different products. We’ve received a lot of feedback from our members to be able to purchase more of the items they received from NatureBox. We’re thrilled you enjoyed these snacks as much as we do and so we’re working to make it possible for you to be able to get more of what you and your family really like. Within the next few months, you’ll be able to restock if you couldn’t get enough of something in your box. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as this feature is available! We want NatureBox to fit in with your lifestyle so please contact us to customize a box with your specific dietary needs or preferences. Giving NatureBox shares the gift of good health and tasty food. NatureBoxes make great presents for families, new parents, college students, teachers, coaches and friends- at the holidays or anytime! Contact us to set up a special delivery. Shipping and Billing If your delivery address changes, just contact us and let us know! No, NatureBox never charges for delivery and we’ll always ship for free! Let us know if you’ll be on vacation or out of town. You can skip the month or send to a friend; just contact us prior to the 1st of the month! You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you’re not happy with your box, please contact us. We’re eager to make sure you are satisfied with our products and we value your feedback about what you did not like about the box. However, if you have signed up for a 6 or 12-month plan, we cannot cancel those subscription until they expire. Monthly memberships are charged on the first of each month so be sure to call or email us prior to the first day of the month to cancel your next month's NatureBox. Yes, please be kind to our earth and recycle your empty NatureBox. If you signed up for NatureBox prior to the 5th day of the month, you will receive your first NatureBox that same month.
